Job Description:
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging work environment through various HR initiatives.
- Support employer branding efforts by contributing to creative content and campaigns that reflect company culture.
- Help design and execute employee engagement programs, such as internal events, appreciation days, and virtual activities.
- Support recruitment process to make a better resource and culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather employee feedback and support initiatives based on insights.
- Contribute ideas for internal communication strategies that build connection, transparency, and belonging within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Able to operate visual editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote (WFH) environment.
- Available to start immediately.
