We are also actively involved in both onshore and offshore seismic exploration projects and provide Quality Control experts to represent our clients in the field.

We are currently looking for a professional with a background in Human Resources and Administration to join our team in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll, employee relations, and labor regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and ableto work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Description

  • Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, employee data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Handle payroll administration and ensure employee data accuracy.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve employee-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
