We are currently looking for a professional with a background in Human Resources and Administration to join our team in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll, employee relations, and labor regulations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and ableto work independently as well as in a team environment.
Job Description
- Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, employee data, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure employee data accuracy.
- Manage employee relations and resolve employee-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
