About The Company
PT LiuGong Finance Indonesia is a financing company operating in lndonesia and is part of LiuGong, a global heavy equipment manufacturer. This company provides financing solutions for the purchase of heavy equipment and engineering equipment, especially in the construction, mining and related industrial sectors. The head office is located at The Kensington Office Tower, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
Location: Head Office (North Jakarta)
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processes, including salary, allowances, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation and payment in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage employee administration related to BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data, including attendance, leave, overtime, salary adjustments, and employee status changes.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documents for Finance, Accounting, management, and audit purposes.
- Handle payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with Indonesian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
- Support payroll audits and maintain proper payroll documentation and employee records.
- Assist with HR data reporting and other HR operational/administrative activities as required.
- Doing salary, compensation, and benefit survey
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of payroll calculation, PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, overtime, allowances, and employee deductions.
- Good knowledge of Indonesian employment, payroll, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling payroll data.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and compensation information.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
