Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational design and structure improvement aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain organizational policies, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organizational structures.
- Conduct workforce planning and organizational analysis to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
- Analyze organizational data and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department leaders to enhance work processes, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and present organizational development insights and recommendations to the HRD Manager and Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Organization Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, job analysis, competency frameworks, and change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
