The Human Resources Specialist & Assistant at JPP Skin Laser Clinic will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources function of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, and maintaining accurate personnel records. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing administrative support to the HR department, and assisting in the planning and execution of employee development programs.
