Position: HR Operation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personnel / HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation and HR administration processes
- Assist recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Draft employee-related letters and documents
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
2. General Affairs (GA)
- Manage office assets, supplies, utilities, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Monitor office cleanliness, safety, and facility operations
- Support company events and administrative activities
3. Building Legal Compliance
- Ensure building permits, licenses, and agreements remain valid and updated
- Coordinate with government institutions, legal consultants, and related parties
- Maintain legal documentation related to company premises
- Support audits and compliance inspections
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRGA or similar role
✔️ Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and building legal compliance
✔️ Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
