What You Will Do:
- Manage and validate attendance, leave, and overtime data, ensuring accurate manual calculations for monthly payroll and bonuses.
- Handle end-to-end administration (registration, updates, deactivation) for BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, manage disciplinary procedures (including drafting Warning Letters/SP), and socialize company policies.
- Draft employment contracts, manage the employee database, adjust work schedules (especially during campaign periods), and coordinate with daily operational vendors.
What You Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in HR Operations, HR Admin, or Payroll.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets Skills (Mandatory): Highly proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas for precise manual data processing (HRIS experience is a plus, but manual processing skills are required).
- Familiar with BPJS portals (SIPP & E-Dabu) and basic Indonesian Labor Law.
- Highly detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive.
