Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Officer SMOKE BALI
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or leave form)
- Handling the provision of the office, including paperwork and other administrative issues
- Conduct HR administrative duties
- Handling HR Department assets and record
- Support in compliance matters and other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Assist HR Coordinator on daily basis tasks
- Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology or related field (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources
- Great organizational and people skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
- Extremely flexible, highly organized
- Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proficient in using all MS Office programs. Especially for Excel and Word programs.
- Applicants for this position are able to relocate/live in Bali.
