We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys supporting recruitment, employee relations, training initiatives, and HR administration across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Conduct onsite onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
- Assist the HR team in developing and implementing management training programs.
- Support the organisation of team-building activities and internal employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, warning letters, and employee termination documentation.
- Perform mobile HR duties, including visits to HR departments and project sites as required.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality of HR information.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling recruitment processes from job advertising through to hiring completion.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work remotely or from home when required.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Able to work independently, professionally, and with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
