PT Marhaba Wefada Indonesia is looking for a proactive and organized Freelance HR Officer to support our human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone with HR experience who can work independently and assist with recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts and other employee-related documents.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel files.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and regulations.
- Assist management in handling employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and maintain performance records.
- Support general HR administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel administration.
- Good understanding of recruitment and employee administration processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or Umrah & Hajj industry is an advantage.
