Reports to: HR Business Partner (LMN Business Unit)
Objective: To support daily HR recruitment operations, focusing on sourcing, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth administrative process for new hires.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing Support:
Assist in publishing job vacancies across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, and creative community groups).
Conduct candidate sourcing and initial screening (CVs & portfolios) based on the foundational criteria provided by the HRBP.
Interview Coordination & Scheduling:
Contact shortlisted candidates to arrange schedules for interviews or technical tests.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding schedules, meeting links (Zoom/Google Meet), and test instructions.
Administration & Applicant Database:
Maintain and update the applicant database or Applicant Tracking System daily to ensure recruitment metrics are accurately measured.
Assist in preparing employment documents for new hires (e.g., drafting offering letters, collecting personal data forms).
General HR Operations Support:
Assist the HRBP with light administrative duties, such as compiling attendance data, recapitulating Performance Management data, or preparing for internal company events.
🎓 Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience: Minimum of 3–6 months of internship experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment. An interest in or exposure to the Creative/Animation industry is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous in handling administrative documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with candidates and internal teams.
Proactive, agile, and a fast learner with a strong willingness to grow.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
