QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 8 years experience in an HR generalist role (hospitality or multi-unit business is a plus)
* Minimum 35 years old — we value seasoned maturity and sound judgment
* Solid understanding of Indonesian labour law, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
* Experienced across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, appraisal, and offboarding
* Comfortable coordinating payroll inputs with Finance (attendance, overtime, deductions)
* Strong written & verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and working English
* Organised, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential data
* Proficient with HR/payroll tools, spreadsheets, and digital filing
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Run end-to-end recruitment — job ads, screening, interviews, offers, contracts
* Onboard new hires and deliver company policy & code of conduct briefings
* Manage attendance, leave balances, overtime approvals, and monthly recaps
* Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for on-time, accurate pay
* Handle BPJS registration, updates, and claims
* Support performance appraisals, discipline procedures, and offboarding
* Maintain accurate, secure, and well-structured employee records
