We are seeking a HR Officer to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, payroll, and procurement process within the company. Based in our Jakarta (Cengkareng) office, you will be responsible for ensuring that company's workflow needs are met.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with other HR Staff to handle operational needs.
- Manage end to end recruitment process.
- Help new hires complete paperwork and start their orientation.
- Handle payroll processing for external employees.
- Manage procurement process as requested by direct user.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding process within company.
What we're looking for:
- Strong interest in general HR field.
- Min 1 year of experience of recruiting and payroll processing.
- Understand basic local and national employment rules.
- Fluency in English
