HR Officer ( Nusa Dua)

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Maintain employee documents, employment contracts, attendance and leave records, status changes, and personnel files.
2. Monitor employment administration and alignment of internal policies and documents with applicable requirements; consult legal advisers when needed. 3. Support recruitment, onboarding, employment letters, and employee relations administration.
4. Prepare routine HR reports and protect employee data confidentiality.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Female.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, especially in administration and employment legal matters.
• Organized, detail oriented, discreet, and familiar with HR compliance processes.
