Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Officer (Maternity Leave Coverage) Pt IDPay Asia Jaya
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operational activities and employee administration.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data records.
- Support payroll administration and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR-related letters and documents such as employment letters, warning letters, internal memos, and employee correspondence.
- Coordinate recruitment process including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Coordinate BPJS administration and other employee benefit matters.
- Maintain employee files and ensure HR documents are properly updated and organized.
- Support employee relations and respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters.
- Assist management in ensuring company policies and HR procedures are implemented properly (Discuss with HR Spv first)
- Coordinate with GA or other departments when needed for operational matters.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as HR Officer / HR Generalist.
- Able to work independently and handle HR operational matters end-to-end.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration.
- Experienced in handling attendance, recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to join immediately (Early August) is preferred.
