The HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations, ensuring effective HR administration, employee lifecycle management, recruitment activities, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role also plays a key part in recruiting technical talent for IT-related positions, including Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, and other technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Employee Records Management
- Manage daily HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Ensure all employee documentation is updated and properly maintained, including employment contracts, personal records, transfers, promotions, and other HR-related documents.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, certificates, employment agreements, and reports.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, and absenteeism records.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring the accuracy of attendance and payroll-related data.
- Administer employee benefits, including BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, insurance, and other company benefits.
- Generate periodic HR reports related to attendance, overtime, manpower, and employee data.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment timelines.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Conduct recruitment, especially for IT and technical positions
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, Kalibrr, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
4. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment matters.
- Support employee engagement and maintain positive employee relations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs under the guidance of the HR Supervisor and Management.
- Support employee disciplinary processes and employee relations activities when required.
5. Legal & Compliance Support
- Review and verify legal and administrative documents before submission to Management or the Board of Directors for approval and signature.
- Ensure HR documentation and employment practices comply with applicable labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company policies, SOPs, and internal regulations.
6. Coordination & Operational Support
- Monitor and follow up with internal teams regarding day-to-day operational and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support business and HR operational requirements.
- Liaise with external parties, including vendors, government institutions, BPJS offices, and service providers as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
- Experience working in an IT, technology, or software development company is highly preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting IT professionals, particularly Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, and other software development roles.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, payroll processes, attendance management, employee benefits, and labor regulations.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations and Indonesian Employment Law is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
