Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations by bridging communication between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee and maintain employee administrative data, including attendance, leave, overtime, and contract renewals (PKWT/PKWTT).
- Manage company compensation and benefits administration, including payroll data recapitulation and BPJS processes.
- Support the implementation of Performance Appraisal and assist in identifying employee training and development needs.
- Ensure all HR policies, company regulations, and practices comply with the latest labor laws.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management review and decision-making.
- Coordinate with all departments to support overall HR operations and company internal events.
- Carry out other HR generalist and operational tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and basic compensation/benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS or attendance systems.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality and integrity regarding employee and company data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
