Responsible for leading all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. Ensures compliance with labor regulations while driving HR strategies that support business goals and employee performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA), including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the wellness industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), and compensation & benefits management.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and make strategic business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, monitor labor market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
