Responsibilitie :
- Manage daily HR operation, employee record, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesiaregulations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecyle processes.
- Manage employee relations and support workplace issue resolution.
- Support performace management, workforce, planning, and employee development initiative.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HUman Resources, Business Administrations, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experince in HR / People Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Experince in hR operations, recuitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ableto handle confidential information with professionalism.
