Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees.
- Manage employee administration, attendance, leave records, and personnel documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee relations programs.
- Act as a liaison between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); HSK certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
