HR Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Able to communicate actively in English
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and overall HR administration.
- Experience in handling company licensing and regulatory reporting through OSS-RBA, SIINas, LKPM, and other government systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly committed to corporate compliance and governance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee administration, payroll, BPJS administration, and industrial relations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with company licensing requirements and regulatory reporting to relevant government agencies.
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle industrial relations matters and resolve employment-related issues in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with government institutions, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and administrative systems to support business operations.
