Qualifications:
Fluent in English (verbal & written) — Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Prior experience in a creative agency, live commerce company, or e-commerce brand is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, compensation, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal skills — humble, friendly, approachable, and able to connect with both creative and corporate teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Empathetic yet decisive — able to maintain professionalism while fostering trust and respect across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
Design and implement fair and competitive compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and project teams to support organizational growth.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business scalability in the digital and e-commerce landscape.
