Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Manager PT. Langlang Laju Layang
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage Training & Development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness
- Ensure company compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Organize and coordinate corporate events and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor HR operational activities and ensure proper implementation of HR systems and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and performance evaluations.
- Lead and manage the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (S2) in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan & Cipta Kerja), Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Corporate HR Operations, Corporate Event Management, Employee Relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
