About Us
PT Stellaris Technology Indonesia is a fast-growing company operating across retail e-commerce. We manage multiple consumer brands and are expanding our business through both online and offline channels, including LET ME STORE × LET ME COFFEE. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Manager to help build scalable HR systems, strengthen people operations, and support our next phase of expansion.
Job Description
1. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and people management strategies in line with business objectives.
2. Act as HR Business Partner to management and provide recommendations on organizational and employee-related matters.
3. Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and workforce planning based on business needs.
4. Manage employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
5. Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, BPJS, and HR administration.
6. Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
7. Lead, guide, coach, and develop the HR Officer to ensure effective HR operations and continuous improvement.
8. Serve as the main liaison between local operations and HQ on HR and administrative matters.
9. Manage company licenses, permits, and other administrative compliance requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Compliance.
4. Experience in HR policy development, Organizational Development (OD), and HR Business Partnering (HRBP).
5. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience in Retail or E-Commerce industry is a plus.
7. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
8. Willing to work in Pergudangan 99, Kosambi, Kab. Tangerang.
