- Leading HR Initiatives: Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity and improve employee engagement.
- Develop & improve functional management systems.
- Manage all compensation & benefit programs and oversee payroll.
- Aligning HR with business goals.
- Conducting performance evaluations.
- Reporting to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Reporting & Tracking HR metrics.
- Managed regulatory compliance and liaised with the Legal Division on all government-related matters.
- Managed employee engagement strategies and led associated initiative programs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management, or any major related
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the HR field
- Fluent in English, both in written and spoken forms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Interested in gaming & esports will be a plus point
