Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain employee documentation.
• Manage performance, contract renewal, and talent management.
• Manage employee relations, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
• Manage KPI/performance management, promotion, mutation, contract renewal, and succession planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, contracts, and employee databases.
• Prepare HR reports and HR analysis for management.
• Handle employee cases, grievances, and internal investigations.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience for Junior Manager with minimum 2 years as Supervisor / 7+ years for Manager.
• Experience as HR Generalist and handling multi-entity/group companies.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, and C&B.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• English proficiency and HR certification (CHRP/CHRM) are a plus.
• Experience managing end-to-end HR functions.
• Experience in multi-entity/group companies.
• Experience working and reporting directly to C-Level / company owners.
• Experience in digital/technology/VAS industry is a plus.
