Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs, with at least 5 years in an Assistant Manager or Managerial role.
Strong knowledge of:
Indonesian Labor Regulations, including Labor Law, Job Creation Law (Omnibus Law), BPJS regulations, and other employment-related compliance requirements.
End-to-end Human Resources Management, including recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
General Affairs Management, including facilities, asset management, licensing, security, and external stakeholder relations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing short-term and long-term HR strategies.
Strong capability in managing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.
Excellent leadership, integrity, and people management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems.
Experience in managing and supporting foreign employees (expatriates), including work permits, visas, and compliance requirements.
Job Description
A. Human Resources (HR)
1. Strategic HR Management
Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Design organizational structures, job grading systems, and career development frameworks.
Develop short-term and long-term workforce planning (manpower planning).
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes.
Develop and implement training and development programs to support organizational growth.
Establish talent management and succession planning initiatives.
3. Performance Management & Compensation
Develop and manage KPI/OKR frameworks and performance evaluation systems.
Oversee compensation, benefits, incentives, and remuneration structures in accordance with market standards and legal requirements.
Provide recommendations regarding salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
4. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement
Maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and external stakeholders.
Handle industrial relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
B. General Affairs (GA)
Manage company assets and facilities, including office buildings, vehicles, equipment, security, and housekeeping services.
Oversee company permits, licenses, corporate documentation, and relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Manage vendor contracts, service providers, and third-party partnerships.
Coordinate office operations, logistics, office supplies, and business travel arrangements.
Develop, monitor, and optimize the General Affairs budget.
C. Leadership & Reporting
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & GA team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members.
Prepare and present regular HR & GA reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Provide strategic recommendations to top management to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
