โซ๏ธ 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations / Generalist functions, preferably with a Bachelorโs degree in HR, Management, or related fields.
โซ๏ธ Proven experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, construction, mining, logistics, or other labor-intensive industries, managing large blue-collar / shop-floor workforces.
โซ๏ธ Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Indonesian manpower regulations, including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, termination, and labor unions.
โซ๏ธ Hands-on experience across HR administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, attendance, employee relations, and manpower management.
โซ๏ธ Firm, mature, and hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, able to drive HR professionalization and manage relationships with owners, management, and employees.

โซ๏ธ Experience in a family-owned business environment, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with owners and experience combining family business and corporate environments.
