Cleora Beauty is part of CV Wijaya Pesona Kosmetika, is brand local skincare based in Bandung, Indonesia 

About the job 
We are hiring Manager HR to handle managing the HR function and to build system HR

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all HR matters acrross the company (recruitment, performance review, development employee and disciplinary action)
- End to end resposibility and accountability for stratrgis & HR program
- Leading others to solve complex problem 
- Be responsible for Learning and developing employee
- Assist with recruitment by identifying candidates, performing and issuing employement management 
- Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals
- Monitoring and report on workforce and succession planning

Requirements
- Male 
- Work Experience in HR for 4 years
- Have the ability to implements and construct KPI of each division and individual
- Excellent knowledge of SOP
- Must show strong initiative, excercise sound judgment and take appropriate action when necessay 
- Must be able to maintain time management 
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills
- Must be trustworthy 
- Good in Problem solving 
- Willing to be located in Bandung
