Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Well understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
- People oriented person with good communication skill, and have positive vibes.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proven experience in employee relations, people development and recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
