Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Manager PT RNP Technologies Indonesia
• Possess strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, selection processes and performance management.
• Conduct recruitment activities and coordinate with the holding company.
• Handle all HR-related processes, including attendance, payroll, BPJS, DPKK.
• Prepare and process administrative documents and permits, including expatriate work and stay permits for employees assigned from overseas to Indonesia.
• Support users in administrative matters, including documentation, filing (hardcopy and softcopy), and regulatory socialization activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standards related to employee assessment, training, and development in line with organizational needs.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations, professional standards, company policies, procedures, and labor legislation.
• Manage General Affairs, personnel matters, and overall administrative work.
