Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Manager PT Inwa Bags Group
We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Management, or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing company.
3. Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
4. Possess relevant K3 certification and have a good understanding of K3 implementation in the workplace.
5. Understand the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards in a manufacturing environment.
6. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
8. Able to manage and resolve employee relations and employment-related issues effectively.
As an HR Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the company’s human resource needs and employee development.
2. Develop, implement, and supervise HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes in accordance with company regulations.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
4. Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
5. Ensure the implementation of K3 and HSE standards throughout the company’s operational activities.
6. Identify workplace risks and coordinate preventive and corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Handle and resolve employee relations and employment issues professionally.
8. Coordinate with management and other departments to support organizational development and create a productive, safe, and positive working environment.
