HR Manager

PT Sahabat Dua Muda is looking for an HR Manager to join our client, a dynamic company specializing in marketing, advertising, and culture-led experiences, with a strong focus on the wellness, lifestyle, and community sectors.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in building a strong people ecosystem that supports the company’s fast-paced event, activation, and creative business.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably within event management, experiential marketing, creative agencies, sports, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and people management.
• Experience managing project-based teams, freelancers, event crews, or high-volume manpower is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and changing priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, employee lifecycle, and people administration.
• Lead recruitment and manpower planning for permanent employees, project teams, freelancers, and event crews.
• Develop and improve HR systems, processes, performance management, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Manage employee relations, workplace culture, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance.
• Work closely with project and event teams to ensure effective manpower planning and workforce readiness.
• Support the organization in building a high-performing, collaborative, and execution-driven culture.
