Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee contracts
Handle payroll, attendance, and service charge/incentive policy together with Finance
Draft and enforce SOPs, policies and disciplinary processes in line with Indonesian labor law
Coordinate across departments, especially Operations and Finance
Run staff development, performance reviews and employee engagement
Oversee HR administration: BPJS, labor compliance and employee records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Management or Law
3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality/F&B, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Solid knowledge of labor law, BPJS and payroll
Firm, fair and able to keep matters confidential
Good English and Indonesian communication
Flexible with shifts and weekends as operations require
