Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial position within the 5-star Hotel or Resort.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, and industrial relations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in managing employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and strong commitment to company values.
