The Human Resources Manager at SPA CENTRAL will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll management, employee development, and performance management. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing training programs, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth among team members. Your ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism will be crucial to the success of this role.

We are looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to the continued success of SPA CENTRAL. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You should demonstrate proficiency in People Development, Payroll, Microsoft Excel, HR Administration, HRIS Database Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Human Resource Development (HRD).
