We have established since 2019 under PT Altrovis Tekno Global (www.altrovis.com).  As a startup, we are very flexible in terms of working culture, remuneration, bonus, and commission so that both of company and team member are able to achieve the same growth.
MSBU is a product that helps companies improve their hiring process with an UNSUAL method to be more scalable and faster than before.

Job Description: 
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening applicants, interviews, background check, etc.)
Take step to ensure positive candidate experience
Creating KPI reports

Requirements: 
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing or related field
5 years of experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment agency
Proven track record of finding unique ways to source and attract qualified candidates
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
Ability to work fast in a changing environment
Result-driven, with the ability to demonstrate and quantify success relative to established targets and metrics
Great interpersonal and communication skills
