HR Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves conducting performance evaluations, designing training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and support the overall growth of the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who holds :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is more preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resource fields, include at least 3 years as HR Manager is required,

3. Proven expertise in areas such as people development, HR administration, recruitment, performance management, and human resource development.

4. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating a productive and engaging work environment.

5. Strong Leadership, excellent Problem Solving, negosiation and excellent Communication with internal or external

6. Manage and oversaw Payroll process, attendance records, Management database and ensure employee's BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is registered
