- You will be finding and recruiting specialist talents across multiple industries and disciplines

- Design and build HR, Engagement and Communication processes that are defined, robust and ever improving
- Engage in performance management
- Policy & procedural development with autonomy
- Overseeing the HR and admin team
- Provide expert advice and operational support in human resources services to the Senior Management and Management teams
- 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources preferably in Construction Industry
- Bachelor of Psychology, or equivalent Human Resources related qualification
- Strong knowledge of local and regional employment laws and HR practices
- Experienced in start-up is necessary
- Extensive user of MS office
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and people oriented
- Proven ability to engage with Senior Managers and provide accurate, timely, and professional advice based on current legislation, industrial instruments, and policies and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence, counsel, negotiate and mediate maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Objectives oriented
- Lead and manage the Human Resources function across the division
- Recruitment, candidates assessment and scoring, and talent aquisition
- Identify and formulate strategies to enhance the Company’s vision and values
- Propose appropriate HR strategies and policies pertaining to compensation and benefits, learning & development, performance management, recruitment, reward and retention etc.
- Manage the organization design and restructure organization development and performance management of the company
- Work closely with Senior Management on projects and initiatives
- Plan for HR requirements driving corporate culture, team building and change
- Deliver value-added services to the management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the company
- Ensure efficiency and control in regulatory, talent management, C&B, performance management and other transactional aspects of human resource mandate
- Manage project and other workloads to meet timescales, budgets and deliverables. Acquire and manages budgets and other resources effectively.
- Any other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned by the superiors
