Role
To lead the HR function with a strong focus on organizational planning and talent acquisition, ensuring the right workforce is in place to support Bali Buda’s business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage organizational structure planning and workforce needs
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels
Develop and implement effective HR systems and policies
Improve hiring quality and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong experience in organizational planning and high-volume recruitment
Experience in multi-unit businesses (F&B/retail preferred)
Good understanding of labor laws
Strong communication and leadership skills
