📌 JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years experience in HR, HRBP, or HR Manager role
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Experienced in handling communication with Mandarin-speaking management / expats
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in fast-paced manufacturing or corporate environment
• Experienced in HR reporting, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems
• Able to work onsite in Bogor
