Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and Bahasa Indonesia. English is a plus.
✅ Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
✅ Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR operations.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
