JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a professional and experienced HR Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and holds an HSK certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall Human Resources operations, supporting communication with Mandarin-speaking management, and ensuring effective HR strategies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
• Handle recruitment processes for local and expatriate employees.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management and teams.
• Support translation and interpretation during meetings, training, and business communications when necessary.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure company compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and workforce analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads regarding manpower needs and performance evaluations.
• Handle confidential employee information professionally and securely.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in managerial level.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• HSK certification is required (minimum HSK 4/5 preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR management, labor law, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience working in Chinese or multinational companies.
• Experience handling expatriate documentation and work permits.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
