Position: HR Legal
Location: North Jakarta
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Legal professional to oversee legal compliance, employee relations, and labor issue resolutions within our operations.
Key Requirements:
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or a related field
Experience:
-3-5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Legal or HR Coordination
-Proven track record in multinational companies
-Hands-on experience resolving workplace disputes and handling labor relations within the Oil & Gas or Mining industry
-Skills: Fluent in professional written and spoken English
-Availability: Able to join immediately or on short notice
Location: Domociled in Jakarta (preferred)
