Responsibilities:
1. Manage all administrative and legal processes related to foreign workers (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc.).
2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor and immigration regulations.
3. Coordinate with relevant government institutions (Ministry of Manpower, Immigration Office, etc.).
4. Handle the renewal and updating of foreign worker documents.
5. Provide advisory on labor law matters, particularly related to foreign employees.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. Minimum 2 Years experience in HR, especially in handling foreign worker (TKA) documentation.
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and foreign worker permit processes.
4. Good communication and coordination skills in english.
5. Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
