We're hiring HR Lead in Jakarta Office!
📍 Location: Cipete, South Jakarta
🕒 Working Arrangement: Full WFO

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, educate, and coach employees and managers on company values, policies, and professional conduct. Act as a fair and structured mediator in resolving employee–company conflicts.
- Lead development and implementation of HR policies, company regulations, and employment contracts in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Ensure full compliance across manpower regulations, payroll, and HR administration.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll process — accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Act as strategic partner to management on workforce planning, structure, and organizational development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR leadership or managerial role (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in payroll management, compensation structure, HR operations, and HRIS (Greatday).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, PPh 21, employment contracts, and termination processes.
- Strong strategic thinking — able to align people strategy with business goals.
- High level of compliance awareness and risk management capability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to remain hands-on when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- System-oriented mindset with experience in HRIS (Greatday) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and firm decision-making ability.
