HR Intern at YUKK ID

Job Description:

  • Responsible for recruitment process including: Screen resumes and application form, schedule and confirm interviews with candidate, post, update and remove job ads from job boards
  • Update our internal databases with new employee information
  • Support HR team in organizing an event collaboration (e.g. Town Hall Meeting, engagement activity, etc.)
  • Organize & conduct people survey and track the progress
  • Assisting in daily office needs, and managing administrations and reports.

Requirements:

  • Final year students or Fresh Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field is preferred
  • Have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a good analytical thinking, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Independent learner who is proactive and have initiatives to grow
  • Have sharp eyes for details, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-do-attitude
  • Have the hunger to learn something new and a great problem solver
  • Collaborative and have great interpersonal communications skills
  • Willing to work from the office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
