About the Role
We are opening an HR Internship Program for fresh graduates who want to learn Human Resources hands-on in a growing company. You will be involved in day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment to employee administration, and gain real work experience that can serve as a foundation for your HR career.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates
- Assist with employee administration: document filing, updating employee data, and attendance recaps
- Help prepare and manage HR documents such as letters, forms, and SOPs
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Prepare periodic HR reports and data recaps
- Assist the HR team with other operational activities and tasks
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree) from any major; Psychology, Management, or Law preferred
- Genuine interest in learning and building a career in HR
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling data and documents
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets)
- Willing to work from the office in Central Jakarta
- Proactive with a strong eagerness to learn
