HR Internship
Job Description
- Assist in Human Resources administrative activities, particularly in managing employee and candidate data.
- Perform data entry, updates, and maintenance of candidate records and HR documents using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Organize and maintain recruitment documents and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support administrative screening processes and the collection of candidate documents.
- Create recruitment materials, job postings, and employer branding content using Canva.
- Prepare and publish job vacancy information across various recruitment platforms and the company's social media channels.
- Assist in creating daily content for the company's career and recruitment social media accounts.
- Monitor and update active job vacancies to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing recruitment administration reports and other HR-related documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment activities and ensure the smooth operation of Human Resources functions.
Job Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly Recruitment and HR Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good data entry and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiar with Canva or other basic design tools for creating recruitment materials and social media content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and online recruitment channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
