MSBU Konsultan looking for a passionate HR Intern who’s ready to learn, grow, and be part of a dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Hands-on involvement in recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Managing candidate data and supporting HR documentations
- Helping to organize employee events, trainings, and engagement initiatives
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Sharing ideas to enhance HR workflows and strengthen our employer branding
What We Expect From You:
- A fresh graduate in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR/recruitment/payroll is a plus
- Based in Jabodetabek (Mandatory)
Contract duration: 6 months, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance
